These terms define the framework for HullCare Europe services. They apply to any intervention request addressed to the network or one of its agencies.
- 01
Purpose
HullCare Europe, a network published by S3D ENGINEERING SL, provides robotic hull cleaning and underwater visual inspection services for boats afloat, through its local agencies.
- 02
Nature of services
The services consist of cleaning and visual inspection of accessible submerged parts. They do not constitute a naval survey, a structural survey, a seaworthiness certification or a complete mechanical diagnosis.
- 03
Pricing
The indicative prices published on the site are network rates. The final price is confirmed by the local agency before intervention and may vary by country, port, length, boat type, hull condition and fouling level.
- 04
Booking
Every intervention is preceded by confirmation from the agency. A request sent via the site or WhatsApp does not constitute a firm booking until it has been validated.
- 05
Intervention conditions
Intervention depends on marina authorisation, boat access, hull geometry, coating and environmental conditions. The agency may refuse or postpone an intervention that is not feasible.
- 06
Liability
HullCare provides preventive maintenance. The liability of the network and its agencies cannot be engaged for indirect damages. Any supplement is validated with the client before completion.
- 07
Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the site.
- 08
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law for S3D ENGINEERING SL, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, without prejudice to consumer rights.
