A new way to maintain your boat
HullCare Europe is a network specialised in preventive maintenance of the submerged parts of boats.
Our local agencies use underwater robotic technology to inspect and clean accessible areas of the hull directly while the boat stays afloat.
The goal is to intervene regularly to limit the build-up of algae, biofilm and light fouling, while giving the owner better visibility over the exterior condition of their boat.
Simple, in 4 steps
Find your agency
Select your country or city.
Send your boat details
Port, length, model, boat type.
Inspection & intervention
The local agency checks feasibility and intervenes.

Hull Clean
Robotic hull cleaning afloat. Suited for biofilm, algae, light deposits and regular upkeep.
Ready To Sail

An estimative base, validated by your local agency
The prices shown are fixed (incl. VAT) and form a network estimative base. The final price depends on the overall submerged hull surface, the general condition of the boat, the fouling level and the local intervention conditions. It is confirmed by your HullCare agency before any service.

Your boat is in port, but you're away?
A service for absent owners. HullCare can intervene with authorisation and send: intervention confirmation, photos, video, observations and history.

What owners say
Feedback from boat owners maintained by HullCare Europe agencies.
Fast, clean intervention. The hull was covered in algae after winter; the robot brought it back without lifting the boat. Very clear before/after video.
L'Odyssée
Port de Cherbourg
Serious and punctual service. The local team checked feasibility before intervening. Immaculate hull, ready for the season.
Mar Azul
Marina Dénia
I'm not always on board. HullCare intervenes with my authorisation and sends me a report. Very reassuring.

Keep your hull clean between interventions
A few simple steps each season to limit fouling and extend the effect of every robotic cleaning.
Spring
- Inspect the waterline after winter storage.
- Check visible anodes before relaunching.
- Book a first Hull Check intervention as soon as you're afloat.
Summer
- Rinse the hull with fresh water after every trip.
- Watch for biofilm build-up along the waterline.
- Consider a mid-season Hull Clean if you sail intensively.
Autumn
- Remove algae and deposits before winter lay-up.
- Do a visual check of anodes and water intakes.
- Schedule a Ready To Sail before winter storage.
Winter
- Cover the hull if the boat stays afloat.
- Avoid stagnant, poorly renewed waters.
- Use the off-season to subscribe to a HullCare Plan.
These steps complement HullCare's robotic interventions but do not replace them. Regular inspection by your local agency remains the best way to preserve your hull.
Frequently asked questions
Quickly find answers about our hull cleaning and maintenance services.
No, for compatible services and when the marina authorises the intervention. The robot operates directly afloat.
No, if access to the boat is authorised by the marina or by yourself. HullCare can intervene with your authorisation and send you a report.
No. The inspection is exclusively visual. It is not a structural survey, a seaworthiness certification or a complete mechanical diagnosis.
HullCare Europe is gradually deploying its network of local agencies in France and Spain, with planned expansion across the main European boating areas.
No. HullCare is mainly oriented toward preventive maintenance. For old or heavily colonised fouling, a prior inspection is mandatory.
It depends on your sailing area and the season. Generally, 3 to 4 interventions per year are enough for regular upkeep. The HullCare Plan lets you schedule these visits.
The robot uses brushes suited to the coating. The agency checks the compatibility of the hull and coating before intervening.
The robot is effective on biofilm, algae and light deposits. Old, heavily encrusted shells may require a prior inspection.
Yes, depending on the chosen service. The Hull Check and Ready To Sail plans include a photo or video report.
Hull, keel, rudder, propeller, visible anodes and visible water intakes. The inspection covers accessible submerged parts.
No. It depends on the hull, coating, condition and geometry. The local agency checks feasibility before any intervention.
The agency may refuse or postpone an intervention if access, safety or hull geometry conditions are not met.
HullCare uses a reference grid, but local variations may apply depending on the country, marina and intervention conditions.
It's a regular maintenance programme with 4, 6 or 12 interventions per year, managed by your local agency. It's adapted to your sailing area.
Yes, you can request a quote via WhatsApp with no obligation. The final price is confirmed by the local agency before intervention.
Boat length, type (monohull or catamaran), fouling level, port access conditions and local intervention conditions.
Preventive and responsible maintenance
HullCare favours regular interventions to limit heavy biofouling build-up.
Agencies must respect local regulations, port rules, antifouling type, hull condition, environmental conditions and recovery or filtration procedures when required.
A European network of robotic nautical maintenance
HullCare Europe is a network specialised in underwater robotic technology for preventive maintenance and visual inspection of boats.
The network relies on local agencies applying a common standard of quality, safety, transparency and customer service.
Goal: to gradually develop a European network of proximity in the main boating areas.
Important notice
HullCare provides cleaning and visual inspection services. These do not constitute a naval survey, a structural survey, a seaworthiness certification or a complete mechanical diagnosis.
Prices may vary by country, agency, port, length, hull condition, geometry, accessibility, fouling and intervention conditions. Any supplement is validated with the client.
